Originally from Phoenix Arizona, Shad has firmly transplanted into the PNW in Puyallup, Washington. You may see him out with his wife and daughter, enjoying the great outdoors the PNW has to offer, and walking their three dogs.

Shad has over 18 years in the industry, which has enabled him to see things that other industry professionals may overlook, and allowed him the opportunity to help thousands of homeowners purchase and refinance homes.

Beginning his career in high school as a telemarketer for a broker, he quickly rose through the ranks and joined Bank of America as a Loan Specialist, where he earned his Underwriter Certification. He thoroughly enjoyed obtaining his Underwriter Certification. This function has given him the ability to see firsthand and understand the behind-the-scenes requirements during the mortgage process. This allows him to evaluate a unique scenario and set proper expectations from the very beginning. Most recently, Shad was a Loan Officer Assistant for a high-producing broker, where he managed the daily intricacies and ensured timely closures for his clients.

Shad is passionate about finding creative financing solutions for his clients, no matter how complex. He utilizes his dedication to learning, along with his experience and unparalleled insight to better understand the forces that drive interest rates.
